The bathroom walls were dirty. I found a couple spiders in the room. The bathroom fan squealed when turned on. The bed platform was a thin metal that when you sat, laid, or moved on them it made a loud metal scraping sound.

Breakfast was less desirable. 1variety each of pastry, bread & yogurt. No fruit. Juice machine Apple juice was water, cranberry juice was weak/ watered down. No decaf.

The bathtub was clogged, and the toilet flush wasn’t working properly, the seat was also a bit unstable. The staff were friendly and helpful, but breakfast options were quite limited. The blanket had some yellow stains, which was disappointing.

This stay was just a quick rest and get on the road stay. The room was clean but it was loud. I could hear everyone that walked in the hallway also it felt unsafe thank goodness we were on the 2nd floor. I didn’t get any sleep because of the noise. I was trying to save money but I will budget better next time. Honestly we probably won’t stay in Raton again there aren’t many choices that are worth it.

Very noisy. I could hear the people above me walk every step. We had a first floor room and could hear cars parking, people talking, doors opening. A diesel truck parked outside our window and exhaust smell filled our room- we had to open the door. The shower wall was dirty. We had no iron and when we asked for one the guy insisted we had one (which we did not) the breakfast is only cereal, juices, pastries, and the coffee machine was empty and they did not refill it even though it was breakfast hours.
