Couldnt find my reservation even though the comfirmation was there. A reservation rhat was booked months ago. My husband and I were refused help and told to "call around." We were left stranded in an unknown city.

Booked a queen room (2 beds) and sofa bed. Hotel is renovating which is fine. Upon checking in I was informed they overbooked queen rooms and had to down-grade us to double beds for the same price. They blamed it on *******. The lady was nonchalant about it all and quick to pass blame. The 6 of us were uncomfortable. Never again!

The room was excellent. It’s 9.50 for parking. Staff was very courteous. Hotel is undergoing some renovations.

Hotel was very nice and comfortable. Only issue was the surprise to pay for onsite unsecured parking. Very inconvenient because it required online payment only using a QR barcode scan system.

I did not feel safe at this place, the room was dirty, there was still foo left in the fridge. Wanted us to pay for parking, I have never paid for parking at a hotel any where I have traveled.

it was absolutely disgusting. The rooms were far below standard; honestly, even a cheap motel would have been better. They were smelly, dirty, and I even found a spider on my sheet. For the condition of the place, they charge way too much.
The only positive part of my stay was the young woman working at the front desk during the night shift her customer service was fantastic!

They are renovating and everything was still very nice..enjoyed my stay employees were great..highly recommend comfort suites..great near the airport hotel..shuddle breakfast great
