Dirty floors, bathroom door wouldn’t close. Burnt plastic smell in the hallway. It is rough and the manager was terribly rude. Main desk person was delightful.

The room was not the updated version I booked, couldn’t change because they were sold out.

Extremely dirty room, blood stains on the walls and on the sheets upon initial arrival, would appear to be spit stains, or some substances all over the wall. Checked out same night still can’t get a refund. They need to shut this place down. I’ve been searching for the GM‘s number so I can resolve my issues to no avail

Do NOT stay here!!! They canceled our reservation without any notice on a race weekend when all other hotels in the area were booked. We made this reservation months in advance and the man at the front desk was unbelievably rude. I absolutely do not recommend them!!!!

Good place for a short stay
Breakfast was average. Staff was friendly. The room was clean. Only one towel was provided per person and we really needed 2 each. Parking was convenient.

I didn't get to stay there because ******* cancelled my reservation and then said they didn't! I'm not using ******* anymore because I don't trust them now. This is the 2nd time something like this has happened and I've lost 100s of dollars! I had transcripts of what we spoke about, but they still basically said too bad we are right!
