A decent hotel for the price though the breakfast was light on choices which consisted of two types of cereal and toast.

They checked us in to a dirty used room and then put us in a room with no tp and unfinished room with broken tiles, no electrical covers and doors falling off. No ice. People were using extension cords in hall across the entrance cooking outside the door.. if it weren't for it being non refund we would of left.

In disrepair. Wyndham would be embarrassed to be associated with this place. Beds were worn out. Has definitely gone downhill fast, we used to stay here a lot but after this last stay we won’t be staying there again. Ice makers broken wall paper is peeling paint is scuffed.

We have stayed at this location several times. Every stay we've enjoyed the warm small town hospitality. All of the staff is cordial, knowledgeable, & willing to assist us with any needs. We always look forward to our next stay at the Poplar Bluff Super 8.

Office staff was friendly and courteous. Cleaning and fresh towels service poor. 1 time for a 4 night stay. Phone was broken and did not work at all. Main floor lamp also broken.

Bathroom floor cracked tile, broken tp holder, terrible paint job and caulking. Door wouldn't close
Hallway was filthy.
Door really hard to open because of something being off.
Breakfast very skimpy, not even a tea bag
Ice maker broken
Had to use two remotes for TV, one for volume, one for channel changing.
橱柜是坏的，马桶后面没打扫干净，床也像是别人睡过的。地板也没扫干净。
不过，工作人员的服务态度非常好，酒店位置和其他方面都很棒。
房间的清洁标准确实不尽人意，但我注意到酒店有雇佣清洁工。所以这可能不是酒店的错，也许只是需要让清洁工们把工作做得更到位一些。
