The room was dirty. There was hair EVERYWHERE in the bathroom. The shower curtain was visibly dirty. The tub drained extremely slowly, but the time I was done showering the water covered my feet. There was no actual blanket. When I called to the front desk, around 1230am, I was told they didn't have any extra. It took over an hour after turning up the heat to get the room to regester at 70*. The heater put off a smell and visible dust. There was no breakfast food. Only black coffee was offered, no cream or sugar.

Upon arrival, staff was extremely rude and unkind. The rooms were ok. No fan in bathroom, so entire room was hot and steamy when showered. Sheets had rips in them. But, was a cheap spot to sleep.

the heat did not work, i called the front desk and told them, instead of giving me a new room he said let it run 5 minutes, after 15 minutes i just packed upnand left, im sure im not the first one to complain no heat so i ask him why give me a room with no heat i left aftef a few hours i had a kid not feeling good with a cold couldn't stay there with no heat,

Very very basic and unclean. All amenities have been removed. No TV in room, feel like it was probably stolen. Mirror cracked and held together with tape. Emergency exit sign falling from ceiling in the hallway. Dirty sheets, lumpy pillows, just didn't feel comfortable or clean anywhere in the room.
