The washcloths and bedding were stained very very badly. Sink & tub drains severely clogged. Pile of dirt & debris from a vacuum dumped in corner of stairwell. We felt the place used to be fine in prior years but has gone downhill horribly for some reason. On our previous stay there was tons of long hair & gunk floating in the pool. Won't be going back. I will say they were very compassionate and let us check in early due to a death in the family in town that we thought we had a little more time to see them before the later check in but they died & we had nowhere else to go.

Staff was friendly and very easy to work with…our first room the toilet would not flush and the bathtub drain still had trash and hair in the drain and definitely smelled of smoke. Switched room and the new room smelled nice ac worked really well but the bathtub was still dirty with left over bathroom stuff from the last person and the ceiling above the bathtub was starting to mold.

Great Service, uncomfortable room
The staff was amazing! The lobby area was clean, and they were able to accommodate room request that was made at the time of booking.
The room was constantly humid dispite turning the a/c down, and had a mildew smell. We woke up with scratchy throats from sleeping there. The breakfast wasn't very good.
有些员工很有礼貌，但并不友善。整栋楼年久失修，脏乱不堪，尤其是地毯。我们住的第一个房间，马桶盖剥落得令人作呕，天花板上也发霉了。我们要求换房间，换了一间新装修的房间，但新房间竟然没有毛巾。我们深夜抵达，疲惫不堪，这些问题真的让人恼火。
第二天早上，一位带着四个小孩的客人把健身房当成了游乐场，既不方便，又很危险。跑步机只有两种速度可选：慢速和快速。
床很舒服，关键在于能睡个好觉，我们确实睡着了。房间非常潮湿。总而言之，不推荐入住，真希望我当初听了评论，预订了其他酒店。
除暴风雨留下的自然残骸外，房屋干净整洁。工作人员非常优秀，乐于助人。我以后还会住在这里。泳池是室外的，我入住时还没有开放。
