酒店回复: Dear Alejandro, I just received your review. Upon checking into the housekeeping paperwork, your room was serviced each day. Garbage removal, beds made, fresh towels. Also, upon checking in, you were given slips for breakfast in your key envelope. All you needed to do was bring your slips to the front desk, or ask front desk about breakfast, as it is available daily. I am sorry if you thought you didn't receive service. If there was something more we could have done for you, please let us know.
酒店回复: As mentioned in previous emails. You booked your room through a 3rd party, with a NON-REFUNDABLE policy. If you would have booked through us directly, we would've been able to cancel with no fees. But again, you booked a NON-REFUNDABLE room with a different company. Thank you,Management

The hotel was outdated and the area really didn’t have much to offer but the room itself was nice and clean.

Our room shared a door with an adjacent room, and the noise from that room via that door kept us from getting a good night sleep.

Loved it here! My only complaint is breakfast. I think it would be better if you didn’t offer breakfast as to what was actually given. Juice and granola bars are breakfast for people in a rush.

这是我第二次入住这里,感觉非常好。性价比很高,步行即可到达Park Place酒吧/餐厅。交通便利,价格也不算贵。淋浴水压可以再大一些,但对我们来说还算可以。
没有外带早餐,在我们没有给小费之后的最后三天也没有客房服务,前两天每天都有一个信封,第二天之后没有人给我们干净的毛巾,没有人整理床铺或做任何类似的事情,酒店不错,只是服务很差
他们扣留了我的钱,但我们前一天就取消了,因为之前的*****酒店有臭虫。我做得对,他们也扣留了我的钱以表感谢。
我们一家人出城探亲,住在这里。两个晚上,我们都在凌晨3点左右被住在走廊对面房间的人吵醒。他们在走廊里大声喊叫、咒骂。这种情况每晚持续几个小时。我和两个女儿住在同一个房间里,感觉很不安全。
前台无人,入住时需等候。退房时前台无人。房卡落在键盘上了。早餐包括燕麦棒和苹果酱。
