Room was dirty , I never saw any breakfast , and what I understood to be there was a box of donuts . Worse place I have ever stayed !!!!!!!

Was charged $178/room for 4 rooms. In my room alone there were broken, worn out fixtures, bathroom door would not close because of loose hinges, unfinished sheetrock repair in bathroom, fist-sized hole in fiberglass in the shower, black electric tape covering large hole in framed wall picture, overall smoke/musty smell to room. Carpet in hallways was worn out, wrinkled and taped together. "Breakfast" was literally just cold cereal out of a dispenser. I was told by fellow guests that they originally had five doughnuts... so there's that.

The hotel is being renovated with new trim being installed. The hotel appears to be used by Contractors. There were tons of white pick up trucks . The hotel generally needs renovation. Yes there is free breakfast.....however the choices are very very limited. No tea, no eggs,no yogurt, no fresh fruit. Our motorhome broke down on the highway ,otherwise we wouldn't have stayed there.

The night we arrived the power was out to the whole area including the hotel, though no fault of their own, and they had generator power, the air conditioning was not working on generator power. The hotel itself looked like it was going through some sort of minor renovation on the first floor hallway and that was kind of an eyesore. The room itself was outdated and the wallpaper was peeling. The facility just needs improvement for the price we paid. They clearly jacked up the price because of a special event in the general area and it was not worth what we paid.

Economical weekend place to stay for a family event in Eastern TN. Front desk staff all friendly and professional. Loved the Red Fork Restaurant and Bar in downtown Erwin.

Owner supplied more towels and pillow upon asking. Bathtub stopper broken. Very few breakfast options - 2 bland cereals, bagels, and glazed doughnuts; no cream cheese for bagels just butter packets. Whole milk was sour but owner replaced upon asking. Owner threw birdseed out in parking lot that we had to walk through to get to our car.

Terrible location - right next to a power/transformer station. Only donuts for breakfast, nothing remotely healthy. Coffee wasn’t bad. Room was clean but toilet seat was old and stained. Owners were friendly. No parking! Overpriced for what you get.

A budget hotel that seems clean enough, safe enough, comfortable enough. Great location for I-26 and downtown Erwin.

It is very clean and convenient to anything. And they have a hiker culture here if you happen to stop by leave an item in the hiker box for thru hikers to use.
