Customer Service was worst than I ever experience. Manager/Owner and front desk. I will never stay at another Comfort Inn.

The desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Lobby & breakfast areas were neat and clean. Our room was clean, but clearly had not been updated. There were strange spots on the walls that looked like the wall had melted. The sofa and ottomans had paint spots all over them. The TV had poor definition, one could barely read words on the screen. The room was supposed to be handicapped accessible, but the tub/shower was dangerous. There was only 1 grab bar where you get in and it was not textured, so holding onto it with wet hands was impossible. The floor of the tub appeared textured, but was very slick. My feet slipped multiple times, and finally I ended up falling half in & half out with the shower running. Fortunately, I was uninjured, but it was several hours before I stopped shaking. My husband said that the hair product containers attached to the shower wall were hard to squeeze and would be difficult for someone with arthritis in their hands to use. I don't usually give such a negative review, but felt it was important for others to know. We stayed in room 207.

Sheets were dirty. The room smelled horrible and I only stayed one night and cancelled my reservation for the next 2 days and they still charged me even though the room was dirty

My stay was good. My room could have been cleaner but it was adequate. Breakfast was good. Staff was excellent.

First room209 was dirty ac unit smelled terrible looked inside the vent it was dirty molded and rusted ceiling fan not dusted lamp was rusted around edges and lamp shade was dirty, spots on all the the appliances and dresser tub was absolutely unacceptable looked like it had never been cleaned since they’ve built the place went to flush the toilet the toilet backed up instantly on their 2 ply tissue had to change rooms319 after that second room looks kinda better still dirty spots on everything ac does work and look better (newer unit btw) the tub looks great carpet does have burnt spots all around without a doubt this hotel will never have my money again

The bed was filthy. Had no other room available. I had to move to another hotel and they would not refund. Staff was rude. I have pictures of the filth.

Hair left of the beds, staff offered for us to change our own sheets but it appeared they were having issues cleaning the rooms.

The staff were helpful.
The rooms seem a bit run down and could use a renovation. TV did not work, alarm clock/radio did not work, furniture seemed "sticky" to the touch. There was an open ceiling tile with exposed piping right over the door to my room.

泳池好几年没用了，水冰凉刺骨，按摩浴缸当然也坏了。房间很糟糕，缺乏打理。总的来说，这是一次糟糕的体验，我恨不得马上离开那里。
