Hello, There was a starry earring post on the carpet in front of the TV. I stepped on it and thankfully it didn’t break the skin. This suggested the room was NOT vacuumed. The toiler paper was not changed and there was no vent or spray in the bathroom. I left some frebreeze. I was surprised by the $100.00 deposit that I was required to pay and was told, “if the room was good, I would get it back”. I haven’t received it back as of the time of this post. I was only there for 13 and a half hrs. The front desk at check in around 4 was friendly quick, and courteous. She told me, “if I needed anything, she was there till 6” and that was very nice. Thank you.

The bed sheets had a stain on it when we pulled back the bed spread. We had a 'Do Not Disturb' sign on the door, but the maid staff came in anyway. The great grand kids got in the indoor pool, but the water was very cold. In the fitness center the treadmill did not work. Had trouble making the keys work for the outside door from the parking lot.

Checked in from a 6hr drive at 11 pm Room Was Nasty The Whole Hotel Need A Remodel Carpet Stinks, Towels Need Bleaching, I Lysol everything down to try and sleep until morning.

Toilet was backed up went to ask the front desk for maintenance an it's no maintenance man on the premises. The lady at the front desk with one tooth told me the plunger was locked up. The lady in the breakfast area was awesome

The place definitely need updating. The only reason we had to stay here was because everthing was sold out during homecoming and I booked to late. The carpets were very dirty, tissue shoved in key holes, toilets coming up from the ground, lamp shades beat up and dirty, shower curtains dirty, old TV, microwave was dirty and burnt, one guest received 2 room because one had droppings and dirty sheets. Alot of patch work around the whole building. I will never stay here again.
