Booked through *******, got to the hotel and had to pay a $100 deposit that was NEVER mentioned on ******* or google. The property had a creepy feeling. Hair was all over in the bathroom including the tub, no hand soap or trash can. Toilet paper crammed into the bathroom wall holes, hairdryer was melted, tissue box and coffee pot were disgusting. Ceiling paint was chipping, Outlets didn't work and neither did the lights by the beds, then I found what looked like a bedbug in the bathroom. We told the front desk guy and he said he will tell Housekeeping. While we were getting our stuff to leave, I contacted ******* to let them know the conditions and to get a refund, ******* contacted the hotel and by the time we got downstairs to the office, the guy was coming out to tell us we had to leave immediately and he was extremely rude! He tossed our deposit money at us and walked away without any apologies

Cheap room. You get what you pay for.
Room not cleaned after first night. Some lights not working. Someone else’s food in refrigerator! Coffee packet opened. I requested clean up first evening, still not cleaned. Second night they moved me to another room. One light out there and door would not open or close unless forced.

Smoke alarm missing, just wires hanging out. Coffee pot had thick mold. Bulbs missing from light sockets. Disgraceful place. I immediately left my room and went to another hotel.

I would say, without a doubt that this was the noisiest motel that I ever stayed in. I'm not sure what the girl in 118 was doing, but she was outside all night with assorted people coming and going. She was also smoking in her room. Maybe she's the boss of the hotel, perhaps some poor unfortunate who has to live there on the Ohio taxpayer. Who knows, but someone should teach her some manners.

Pool was closed, the WiFi only worked in the lobby, I found a cockroach in my room the first night and a bedbug in my room the second night. Breakfast was subpar. As I write this, I am working on deep cleaning all of my laundry because I found bug bites that weren’t there before my trip. Incredibly noisy and the night desk attendant wasn’t great either. Stay anywhere else.

Not so Happy
The Pool was closed, The hotel was run down. The breakfast bar was barley anything. There were dogs barking all night and all day next to my room. The staff was pleasant but over all I will not stay at this hotel again. It needs to be updated.
