The room was neglected in that the door to the room has about a 2inch gap at the floor to the door. Allowing for gosh knows what critters to enter. The mattress was covered in plastic for who knows what reason. With the plastic on, the fitted sheet would not stay on. I don't even want to discuss the noise the plastic makes when you move. The bathroom area was in much needed repair, cleaning and more.

At first, I was given a horrible room. I’m not sure if the guy knew about it and intentionally did it or he didn’t know. I called and complained and the room was changed. The heater wasn’t good enough in both old and new room and I had to sleep with a jacket. The new room was better than the old room and also given the price hence my 3 out of 5 star.

No glasses in the room; the bathroom remodel was a disaster of atrocious workmanship, poor housekeeping, we had to wait 10 minutes for someone to even show up at the desk when we arrived at 5PM.
For breakfast there was a sign in the "breakfast room" that coffee (1 luke warm thermos) was in the lobby(?!?) There was a waffle machine and nothing else; no bread, muffins or pastry nor any juices.
The bed was lumpy and the sheets were scratchy.
Wyndham should get rid of that franchise location immediately
Apparantly any significant upgrade to this 1960s S-8 was confined to the lobby.

Super 8 was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We were only there for 8 hours but it was the worst 8 hours of my life. It was dirty, it smelled, shower wouldn’t turn off, dead bugs, and just overall awful.

I do understand and agree that this is a budgeting hotel and I paid very little amount for the stay. However, the location is not clean at all, I saw bugs, hairs and dirty towels, etc.

The room was the worst experience I’ve had. In hotels. The bed covers had small rips and the bed didn’t look made. The bathroom tub had water floating up with the hair of the next rooms’s occupant. When it was time to take a bath, the water was filling up the bathtub as I was taking a bath. It was so messy. The occupants of the other rooms had a beer party right in front of my door and sleeping was near impossible. Lastly the heater did not work and I had to wear layers of my clothes to sleep. I don’t think I will be a repeat customer.

Worse hotel ever. There was noise coming from two rooms until 2 am and no management to tell them to quiet down. Very loud. Only half roll toilet paper.
