Haven't been to this property for 10 or so years... They've updated pretty much everything and made the rooms very modern with a simple yet purposeful design... Well done, my stay was what I had hoped for...

While in Midland we stayed four nights. The rooms were very clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was very good and I love the freshly ground coffee each morning. I will stay here again when in Midland.

The beds were terrible, I assume because of the heavy oilfield industry around. The mattresses were on metal bases that did nothing but squeak all night. I've never seen those in any other Holiday Inn's. Also the breakfast said it opens at 6:30 but didn't open until after 7:00.

Quite puzzled by the fact guest are charged a daily fee to park in the hotels parking lot. It's the only available space to park in the area. No alternative parking options were provided. This wasn't disclosed when I booked through *******. The front desk shared this is something the hotel had just recently implemented. A real stretch and opportunistic act against "supposedly valued guest." The fee wasn't a lot, it's just a poor customer service practice!

Overall good experience, one of our beds needs new springs. It kept making a noise every time my kids turned or moved.

Very noisy hallways, voices carry into room as though no wall is even there. Worst ever. Other than that, really good, but that's a really bad issue.
