This facility should be closed. The floor tile was broken due to flex. The smoke detector was gone. The place is positively awful. It should not be offered by Hotels. Com. The manager refunded my payment.

Starting at the door of my room, the stucco was coming off the wall. The room inside was OK but poorly painted. The bathroom floor was failing and sinking, the doorknob was about to come off the toilet door. The towel were denigy gray and had pieces of grass on them. The towel rack and shower curtain rod were loose. The rate was nice, but still too much for such poor maintenance.

Spend a little more and get something better. This hotel was extremely dirty and falling apart. I think they left dirty sheets on the bed. It looked like make-up on the pillow case and something filthy underneath. The toilet stopped up someone had put 2 cakes of soap in it when we got there. I was freaked out and scared to death. Everything was sold out because it was college graduation or i would've left without a refund.

Always look forward to coming here. The staff are so awesome. They make you feel welcome and they are very accommodating. Penny and Jess make me feel at home everytime.

*fyi* the place is being renovated, it take time for upgrades while still being open, so be patient.
