The room smelled funny, we had to buy room perfume for it be gone. The door on the second floor is closed, key card not usable in the 2nd floor to get to the main building, had to carry my huge luggage down the stairs. Slippery driveway, hopefully they put salt to prevent injuries The staff were very helpful which made our stay tolerable. Dryer not working.

The room was spotless, the front desk staff were very helpful and courteous. The shuttle drivers were very helpful as well. Amenities(soap,shampoo etc )were barely enough luckily it was just me staying the night

One star for housekeeping but the list of deficiencies makes this ghetto looking hotel a waste of money better spent where they care about their customers. All the gangsters living full time in hotel rooms don't make you feel like you aren't going to get robbed on site or that your car is safe either. Listened to them blast their music until 2 am. People banging up and down the staircase all hours and smoking non-stop outside my door didn't help me get any sleep. Water pressure and heat are almost non existent in the shower. The towels were good though so laundry must be done off site. Couldn't find anyone working behind the desk when I tried to ask for help. Half the lights, the phone and the clock were broken. This site is directly under the flight path of the airport so get ready for the 6am wake up call from incoming. Staying here felt like punishment for my past sins. Guess I'm paid up on some now but sorry I wasted my money and didn't go somewhere else. Never coming back!

The bathtub was clogged so when you had a shower it would fill up and you would find yourself standing in the previous people's backwash from the drain. I had to stand one foot on each side of the tub to stay out of the gross bathtub backwash. The water only gets luke warm, not hot enough for a comfortable hot shower. The room smelled when you would walk to certain areas maybe coming from the radiant heat radiator fins, or from the stagnant water in the bathtub drain. Room had dead insect carcasses all over. Like it was unused for a long period and hadn't been cleaned in between and maybe an insectiside is used in the cleaning process. Like returning to a cabin or summer cottage after winter. I did not see any evidence of bed bugs when I checked so that's a good thing.

Very old and not as advertised. We were booked for a kitchenette and got a mini fridge and microwave only. Bathroom sink tap was missing the insert and was told part was ordered. Two days later the maintenance guy came with the insert that was in CLR no new insert when u turned the tap on the water smelled awful. Water and mold damage on the wall by the bathtub. Had to ask everyday for facecloths and toilet paper. Room smelled of smoke as clients smoked right outside the doors. The maintenance man told us he was the owner, which we found out he isn’t. Was definitely not a people person. The only staff member that was customer oriented was Tyler. He was always very helpful, caring and friendly. We were told we could not park our truck outside our room door but yet we came in late one evening and there was a truck parked there and if we didn’t say anything it would have been there all night. We would definitely not recommend this motel to anyone. They seem to cater to people that are on monthly rates. Breakfast consisted of brown bread for toast, yogurt, Raisin Bran or corn flakes and packaged cookies. Coffee or tea

这次住宿是为了家庭度假，只需要一个离机场近的住处。
