Front desk staff was very nice and accomodating. Breakfast was good. Only complaint is the bed.. could feel the springs and it was pretty worn out.

Parking was fine. Breakfast was good and plenty of it. We like the indoor pool that's why we have stayed here more then once.

I was disappointed kitchen was closed. I was told 10 am and I went down at 9:45 and it was closed. Everything else was fine. Close to Bonnie.

I never went, expeidia told me they weren't able to make the reservation, so we assumed it was never booked. Now Best Western keeps trying to take a payment out of our account. Expidia did us dirty.
