But the AC and moldy smell is due to AC left TURN ON in all the rooms because the temperature fluctuates a lot here so we keep all the rooms AC turned on since it takes LONG TIME to cool down the rooms. We will look further into your feedback how to improve the moldy odor. Thank You

酒店回复: We are happy to see your experience was wonderful with your recent stay and every guests feedback is important to us. We have our housekeeper leave AC units at 74 on low in every room. Due to moisture and high humidity in our region we cant leave on too cold otherwise it may negatively impact us with musky smell.

Walk in and the room was hot, it took a long time to cool down the room. The refrigerator door is completely broken off. Room was clean

When I reserved the room for several things: (1) I reserved two queens - was registered for one king in that room; (2) noted in comments: "Handicap accessible, if possible" - the motel was empty they put my handicap husband on the second floor - we had to climb stairs. He got so bad after the climb he could not get out of bed, peed the bed and now they are charging me extra! We had to call the ambulance to help get him down and in the car to come home! I will never use ******* or Days Inn again!

HANDICAP room was not reserved but merely mentioned in the request section so there is difference. We are extremely sorry for the negative experience you encountered but we also have limited options when guest check out at 11 AM during peak times. I hope you understand instead of just labeling the hotel with all the faults. If you’d like please call the hotel and speak with our GM to clarify if there is misunderstanding on our part.

First room wasnt ready after we were assigned a room (checked in at 4pm), still had tape from painting, had hole in shower ceiling with serious amount of mold. Second room was on second floor adter talking about having bottom floor due to person with health issues. Hallway stunk cigarettes, staircase landing had rigged up fan/filtration unit of some sort with sub-par wiring. Second room had tape also from painting, filthy shower ceiling, fridge was solid ice on the back wall, counter had burn mark from iron, cracks in sheetrock....too much to list. All discovered about 8pm
