Pros: it was available, plenty of hot water and good pressure in the shower. Staff was friendly and helpful when we had issues with the hot tub (since maintenance had gone home for the day).
Cons: side emergency exit was locked from the inside at night (thankfully we were on the first floor in case there’d been an emergency), fireplace was not working, only basic tv channels - no cable, slow WiFi. Outdated property that has definitely seen better days.
Summary: if you’re just looking for a bed and shower, get the standard room. If you’re looking for better quality, try somewhere else - maybe the Best Western.

Kinda meh for the price you pay
Staff don’t seem to care too much, like when we checked out the lady only said “okay”, no asking how our stay was or thank you for staying with us. Just a very cold send off. When we arrived to the hotel after hours it was locked so we had to ring a doorbell to get let in. Must’ve rang it 5 times before someone finally came, apologizing over and over. We were on the main floor and it was quite noisy in the morning plus I heard footsteps above us. On the positive side the beds were comfortable and the room was modern and nice.

Checking in was easy and friendly, even though we were checking in early. Later, when I was suffering from heart burn and acid reflux, the young man at the counter was very helpful In trying to help me. We checked the available health aids and he even got me some yogurt. He went a long way to ensure my comfort. I really appreciated his help.
