Room in good condition; bathroom shower facilities might be upgraded, soap residue in shower floor (slippery) - a little dangerous. Otherwise, good value for money.

I've stayed here several times and it's okay. It's always clean and they're always working on fixing things up, but I usually stay in the same room and there's been an unfinished part of the wall in the bathroom for months. Just finish it. Carpet needs replacing too but I know that'll happen sometimes

staff barely spoke english. Hallways were very dirty. The window in our room was broken making the room cold and unsafe. the plaster was falling off the ceiling in the bathroom. some of the plug ins did not work.

The room was supposed to have coffee maker. It didn't. In the hall, doors to utility closets left open. The building looked neglected.

No hot water for show . Had to have a cold shower. Room price twice the normal price but it was pheasant shooting weekend in mitchell. So ok and no no problem with that
