The room was very clean. The bed is very comfortable. The TV didn't work. The first night, I registered late. The front desk staff tried to fix it...but no luck. They told me it would be repaired the next day while I was at the office, but it was not. I asked for another room. They were booked. I was told my rate would be adjusted, but no it wasn't. Simply not enough staff to handle normal issues that come up! I will not be back!

Ok for a couple of nights
Service was good. Hotel was not in great shape. Large chunks of flooring missing in elevator. Overall in poor maintenance. Room had a heavy smell of mildew.

Front desk checked us in under the wrong name and credit card number (i only questioned it because she said our visa had already been charged and my hotel account only has 2 MASTERCARDS on it so we said we didn’t think it was right. But we got checked in. Things were good. Their site says hair dryer in each room so I didn’t bring one from home. No hair dryer in our room it had been ripped out of the wall - so I asked them to bring us one. They said yes but never brought one. I called again and said They don’t have one that worked so she let me use the one in a vacant room next door. Only problem was it didn’t work either. So maintenance brought us one that was so ragged and beat up and said well you have to hold the button down the whole time bc it’s broken. Well ok it’s 10pm so whatever. After about 15 seconds IT CAUGHT ON FIRE - room filled with smoke almost caught my hair on fire. I took it to the front desk told her it caught on fire and she said “oh yeah I was afraid that might happen” WHAT?!?! We switched rooms bc of the smoke and finally went to sleep. Next morning our keys don’t work. Pretty much the worst stay ever

Room 124 smelled mildewy and the floors werre damp all night and the next day. There was a roach on the wall. The pool and hot tub were filthy. And lastly there was mold in my AC vent and arpund the AC and the neighbors said their AC didnt even work the entire night.

Thought it would be good- the whole hotel smelled terrible.
Our room again smelled terrible and wasnt cleaned properly. Bathroom smelled like a black and mild cigar. Trash including chips, vape cartridge (my kids found), tags from toys were found. No soap for the sink, mildew in shower.
Hot tub was out of order and gross. People smoking cigarettes at the pool to the point it wasnt enjoyable. Walls are paper thin as well.

房间很脏，浴室、桌子、办公桌上到处都是蟑螂，工作人员却什么也没做。我告诉前台，他们好像已经知道了，因为他们什么也没做，甚至没有清理我杀死的蟑螂。
