Checking is was easy quick and efficient, when desk clerk saw my husband walk in with cane, quickly changed room to accessible. Much appreciated. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Appreciated the recliner in room as I have trouble laying flat at times.

Room is clean and for me that's the most important. Check in went well. Bed was a little on the hard side. Did not scope out breakfast soup can offer nothing on that. Traveling to Canton NY but stayed here in Massena because this is the best value for your dollar in a 50 mile radius. Worth the extra driving!

I’m usually hesitant to stay at a Super 8, but this location exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and well-maintained. While it’s a no-frills hotel, the bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet—perfect for a good night’s rest. I’ll definitely stay here again.
