It is true that being in the heart of the city comes with both advantages (like proximity to the Old Town, the railway station, and restaurants) and the disadvantages you pointed out, such as the lively atmosphere of a central street and the bells from the historic church. Many guests actually appreciate these as part of the authentic Krakow experience, but we understand it may feel less comfortable for some. As for the lift, while we do our best to maintain it, occasional technical issues unfortunately happen in any building. Still, our team is always on hand to assist whenever guests encounter such situations. We also regret that some of the apartment features did not meet your expectations. The equipment is kept at a functional level, but your suggestions about kitchen items and lighting are duly noted. Cleaning and towel changes are available upon request, and we would have been happy to arrange them had we known during your stay. We truly appreciate your feedback, even if it feels like our apartments were not the right match for what you were looking for this time. Indeed, we never claimed to be a 5-star hotel, but we do try to make sure guests feel at home. As for the smell in the stairwell — unfortunately, being in the very heart of Krakow also means sharing the building with restaurants, which many of our guests actually enjoy. Luckily, as you noticed, it doesn’t affect the rooms themselves. Cleaning and towel changes are available on request, just as described in our booking information, so it’s great you highlighted that. And yes, the historic lift is compact — a small trade-off to have one at all in an older building in the Old Town. We’re delighted you “loved the feel of this place” and hope to see you again! 我们来这里旅游，住了三晚。
我和女儿住在一起，房间是两室一厅的格局，宽敞的两间卧室里有四张床，空间非常奢侈，但价格却出奇地实惠。酒店离车站也很近，好到让我都想直接住在这里不走了。虽然酒店设施略显老旧，而且隔壁咖喱店的食物味道有点浓。
关于毛巾更换，是不是需要特意告知前台呢？连住期间都没有提供新的毛巾。不过，厕所和淋浴间里有晾衣绳，所以我们每天都会把浴巾挂在那里晾干循环使用。
因为连住多日，我们不得不洗内衣之类的衣物，房间里也配有烘干设备，到第二天早上就完全干了，非常方便。
非常喜欢这里！酒店就在中央火车站旁边，附近还有一个大型购物中心和超市，离老城区也很近。公寓很宽敞，有厨房，里面配有微波炉、炉灶、餐具、盘子和冰箱。房间有点热（可能是我们不知道怎么操作空调），但总体还行。卧室临街，晚上有人走过或有大声的汽车经过时会有点吵，但并没有把我吵醒。衣柜空间也很充足。入住期间，工作人员非常乐于助人，也很友善。强烈推荐！

我必须写下这些，以免其他人有和我们一样的经历。我们预订这些公寓是因为它们有电梯，靠近城镇和火车站。位置非常好。然而，在我们 5 天的住宿期间，电梯坏了两次。我一个 77 岁，一个 63 岁，不得不在 28 度的气温下爬 75 级台阶到 3 楼，这对任何人来说都不是开玩笑的。房间需要彻底翻新，而且有隔壁印度餐馆的烹饪味道。没有空调风扇，太闷了，我们出去的时候也不得不开着窗户。卧室的窗户坏了，只开了一条缝。浴室里只有一根淋浴软管，上面是一个小浴缸，还有一个毫无用的纱窗，因为每次我们洗澡时地板都会被水淹没。我们住宿期间没有换毛巾或任何清洁服务。厨房设备简陋，没有烤面包机，只有两个杯子。电视不能用，放在一个不安全、摇摇晃晃的破损支架上。没有床头灯。雪上加霜的是，施工是在厨房窗外进行的。脚手架、灰尘、工人的叫喊声、砰砰声、搅拌声、收音机的轰鸣声。Easy Jet 在我们到达之前没有告知我们这些。这些公寓位于一条繁忙的主干道上，从晚上九点左右到很晚都非常吵，你会看到那些开着超大排气管的赛车少年飞驰而过。对面还有一座教堂，从早上六点到晚上九点，每整点和半点都会敲钟。这是我们第六次来克拉科夫，我们非常喜欢。我们住的房间一直都很漂亮。这家应该从 Easy Jet 的假日清单中剔除，并升级到我们付费入住的标准。

好吧，这不是一家五星级酒店，但它确实提供了优越的地理位置和温馨的氛围。是的，隔壁印度餐厅的味道确实有，但只在楼梯上，没有进入我的房间。房间和毛巾只有你主动要求才会打扫。不过从来没出过问题。提醒一下，电梯只能坐两个人。这是因为楼龄较长，而且很难容纳一个人。我喜欢这里的感觉。
与图片不符
预订了升级的房间，配有大床和遮光窗帘……结果入住的房间只有两张单人床和一张窗帘，但第一晚后就掉了。工作人员承诺会加第二张窗帘，但只把第一张窗帘挂了回去。网站上看起来房间明亮通风，但实际上摆满了深棕色、沉闷的家具。
优点是位置好，距离火车站5分钟路程，干净（除了浴室里生锈的毛巾架），员工友好，但请兑现您的承诺。
完全不推荐。脏乱差。床很糟糕，沙发床像垃圾桶一样。楼下印度餐厅的食物味一直很浓。汽车噪音很大。窗帘拉上，光线进来得很快。我们住的是高级公寓，因为房间太破旧，所以要求换房。他们给了我们一个稍微好一点的标准间，因为房间简直不能再差了，但跟照片上完全不一样。地理位置优越，员工非常友好。我不会再来了。
很棒的老建筑，距离主市场广场仅几个街区。2.2号房间很大。卧室面积比我们其他一些酒店房间更大。厨房设施齐全，配有炉灶、水壶、冰箱和洗碗机。
