Out dated. Food poor to average. Pools are nice. Pool towel system needs to be changed. Lack of drink one is able to bring back to room is very lacking if non existent.

From the first day, our experience at this hotel was negative, with multiple deficiencies that severely affected our stay:

Room in terrible condition: upon arrival, there were mosquitoes, the air conditioning was not working, the smell of tobacco was unbearable, the Wi-Fi signal did not reach the room, and right outside our door there was an ashtray with trash, cigarette butts, and used glasses that remained there for more than a day.

Poor food quality throughout the entire stay.

Lack of effective response: despite several complaints made both at the front desk and to the guest service manager, we were only moved to another room the next day. It was slightly better, but the problems continued.

Hotel facilities in deplorable condition:

Dirty tables in the beach area.

Unclean public restrooms.

Unprofessional staff.

Neglected lobby with stained seats and a strong smell of cigarette smoke.

In conclusion, the overall experience was extremely unpleasant and far below what was promised. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.
