酒店回复: Thank you for writing a review! We are happy to hear that you had a nice stay. There is heating in the room to chose your own warmth for your personal liking. Because we are a hostel we are very basic, we ask our guests to bring their own towels, but you can also rent them at the reception, that saves room in your luggage :)

We do try to warm up the rooms before arrival but sometimes that can slip our minds. Basic rooms and no non slip mats provided for the shower . My friend stepped out of the shower , slipped and hurt his arm and leg , overpriced and no towels in the room . We had to make our own beds . Hardly any plug sockets to charge our phones . No one told us we had to book the restaurant until it was too late and was fully booked , so we had to walk 30 mins to find a restaurant to get something to eat. If you want any beers at the bar , don't hold your breath as the staff can't be bothered to serve you . All in all , not a very good experience and we won't be back

You can always come to the reception to make your stay as comfortable as you want. Towels aren’t included but you can rent them at the reception. Wikkelhouse：价格过高，与Instagram上的照片相比，现实体验大相径庭。优点：+地理位置：直接步入树林，Wikkelhouse后面还有一块地。靠近阿珀尔多伦市中心，附近有很多餐厅。Julianatoren、Apenheul和Klimbos都在步行或骑行范围内，但可惜的是，我们去的时候正值冬季，这些景点都关闭了（Stayokay对此也无能为力）。+友好的工作人员 +Wikkelhouse后面有露台和花园，还配备了内置鞋刷👍🏼 +每天早上都有美味的早餐篮 +醒来就能欣赏到森林美景。缺点：-这绝对不是那种位于树林中、私密性极佳的田园小屋：你往旁边看，其他Wikkelhouse就在自行车棚旁边。我真的觉得这是一次与Instagram上的照片大相径庭的体验：它被宣传成一个被树林环绕、私密性极佳的小屋。 -这间小木屋的设施（太）简陋了，与价格不符，而且有些设计不够周到。例如，双人床旁边的电源插座高度只到枕头的高度，所以你最终只能睡在它旁边。放东西的架子也很低，很容易撞到头。-热水器的热水只够两个人快速洗个澡，然后就没了。对于四个人来说（这间小木屋是四人间），热水远远不够。周末度假时，根本没法快速洗个头。-空调经常出故障。暖气分布不均匀。滤芯需要更换，说明空调维护不当。-沙发上到处都是污渍，坐起来很不舒服。这个价格，应该配个新的沙发套才对。更糟糕的是：我们到达的时候正好赶上公司聚会，音乐声震耳欲聋。我们的儿子在睡觉前反复问为什么这么吵。这种噪音水平与僻静森林小屋的形象不太相符。小贴士：如果您夏天去，不想被晨光打扰，建议带上遮光窗帘。窗帘可以遮挡约2米高的视线，但超过这个高度就无法遮挡了。不过，在这样的环境下醒来确实是一种很棒的体验。

不符合预期
