The staff were friendly and helpful
The room was clean
There is a constant flow of trains coming and going at the back where we were located
My main concern was the active drug use on the streets it didn’t feel safe coming and going for walks alone around the area. This is new from the other times I have stayed in kamloops

Room could have been cleaner!
Stains on the comforter. Bathroom fan was really loud (not working properly)
And the reading lights on the head board were almost falling off

地理位置很好，楼下有个很棒的公园，酒店还给我升级了房间
办理入住的员工非常棒。酒店有两家很棒的餐厅。我们住的时间太短了。我们肯定会回来住更长时间的。
位置很棒，酒店也很好，特别要提的是前台的 Abinashy，服务态度非常棒。
很棒的酒店。地段很好，去哪都方便。
在北美从没住过这么脏的酒店，非常差的体验
我们住在酒店靠近火车道的那一面 一个晚上都没怎么睡，太吵了，就想火车要开进房间的感觉，震耳欲聋，孩子被吵的哭闹，这是非常不满意不愉快的一次经历
位置超赞……周围非常热闹。
升级到带小厨房的套房，感觉很棒。这家全新的酒店靠近河滨公园和市中心。可惜的是，它就在火车线旁边。
