Very friendly staff. Room was very lean and comfortable. Bed linen was lovely and fresh not too bleachy! I liked the convenience of the outside entrance to the car park as well as room access from the lobby. Full breakfast was served as well. Would stay here again.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Based on the price, which we booked through the hotel's website, the hotel was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, staff friendly and professional, breakfast offered an extensive range of food, and permitted dogs. We look forward to returning next year to go cross-country skiing again and staying at this same place for many years to come.

The rooms were good, beds, pillows and bedding all good qudlpty…no issues at all, breakfast was fine, better then many I’ve stsued at….a bit above a continental with hot items like pre made mini omelettes, sausages and McDonald type hash browns. The person who checked us in was especially awesome, very welcoming and friendly, and when I couldn’t figure out the remote (more of a me problem lol) he quickly sorted it for me. All in all no complaints, I’ll definitely stay again.

The staff were so polite, room was excellent, and the breakfast in the morning had actual china, no paper plates for the meal, real cutlery as well. Premises were spotless. Will stay there again. Thank you.

This property and room were the worst I have ever stayed in. The bathroom was almost non existent, couldn't turn around without bumping into the door. Ramada, very poor. No care for the customer or their facility. Never again.

The hotel room was not clean. The beds did not have covers on them. The staff was rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend.

Breakfast was not presented properly. Had to request Pancake batter for machine, cream for coffee and butter for toast. None of these were available at our breakfast time.
