Friendly staff, comfortable beds, and the room was spacious.
However, when we had to move the couch to make room for a cot, there was visible debris that must've been there for some time. But I didn't call front desk to let them know, due to arriving late, plus we were all tired.

Nice hotel, I stayed in a king suite and the room was great . Could have used more pillows and blanket for the hide abed as there was no extras in the room . The elevator is crazy slow with only one for the whole place . Had breakfast at the restaurant and it was great food . Pool was nice but super busy . Would stay here again .

Air conditioning was very poor in the room we stayed in. The room was very muggy making it an uncomfortable stay. Tried to call room service and front desk many times for extra pillows and to see if they can accommodate a late check out. No answer at the front desk until the next day, and after asking for a late check out- all they said was “no”.

Clean room, bathroom has privacy, toilet had trouble flushing sometimes, lights were flickering sometimes, not soundproof enough (could hear other rooms and outside the room), staff was nice, hallways had a weird smell, but the room itself was pretty cool with a nice layout and had everything you needed. Overall not bad at all
