My room had a bed and two steel chairs. Not the sofa bed they advertise. No table or dest to eat food. They are doing renovations and the Indian people are living in there, cooking in there, and working till 10 pm. I've traveled all over the world and this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Unfortunately for staff 2 hockey teams from Beverly Bandits -u13 &u11 were also staying there. The parents stood in hallway drinking alcohol and setting up ironing boards with food on them blocking hall and being very loud. Staff tried to quiet them but security was physically pushed and verbally abused. After that staff rarely responded to our concerns and hockey teams continued for 2 nights well after midnight. Saw/ heard several incidents that were disturbing from them parents involving children/ parenting skills. Staff should have involved local police to help resolve this behaviour.

当我进房间的时候，我被它的空旷吓到了，而且床竟然还没铺好。
我给前台打电话，我预订的是带沙发床的房间，而且房间里怎么没有桌子？她回复说这是新装修的房间，所以没有沙发也没有桌子😨。
然后我让她派人来铺床，因为我得带着儿子去游泳池，泳池40分钟后就要关门了。她说现在没人会铺床，她也不知道怎么铺，她能做的就是给我换到走廊尽头的一个双人间🙄。但我没时间换房间了，所以我要求给我送床单，我自己来铺😤。然而，两小时后，我们游完泳洗完澡，床单竟然还没送来😡，我只好下楼在前台排了15分钟的队再次询问。
这次酒店入住体验真是太糟糕了，如果可能的话，我希望能退款。
房间干净宽敞，员工友好乐于助人。
很棒的地方，员工很友善。泳池不错，但还在施工。
办理入住时，前台服务非常好。房间和酒店都跟网上图片一模一样。
地理位置非常适合我们计划的两晚旅行。我不喜欢一进门就闻到的那种味道，因为泳池就在那儿！我以前从来没见过。我觉得太吵了，因为其他客人也在那里，而且墙壁隔音效果也不太好，每次使用管道的时候都能听到。餐厅当时正在施工，而且没有事先通知，导致我们第一天早上的早餐被取消了。这真是太糟糕了，因为这也是我们选择这家酒店的原因之一，而且泳池在我们入住的最后一晚也关闭了！
与其他需要支付更多费用的汽车旅馆相比，这家汽车旅馆非常好！
