All of the things. It was awesome, memorable, and amenities where exceptional the staff was wonderful they made u feel important, seen, and safe with the way that they keep track of everyone coming and going. Best birthday a girl could ask for was achieved!!! Thank you thank u thank u Shilo yall was well worth every penny.

We was in a room next to pets and we are in our late 60's maybe next time place your customers in a room that will fix the customers needs as well. Dogs in distress all night

Rooms, and TVs need updating if they even work. WiFi is poor and unusable. Staff is very friendly and attentive to issues.

Dirty bathroom, outdated furnishings. TV reception was horrible. Awful quality. Rude staff in the morning. Late/early morning hour was nice. Bathroom smelt horrid. Cockroaches in the hallway. Crunchy towels. Floor creaked and popped everywhere you step. Amenities were so so. Gave a dirty crib for the baby, had to have it swapped. First smelt of cigarettes and mold. She was very polite and corrected the issue promptly. The walls are peeling. Outdated carpet. Did I mention the bathroom— DISGUSTING.
