I liked the accessibility of Atlantis to the property. The hotel was fairly clean but there were some areas that could use some updating. There were several leaks happening during our stay due to rain and several
Areas where the carpet was coming up which could cause a trip hazard, the safe in my room did not work.

The front desk staff were nice ,but no water at times ,no water pressure constant power outages. The breakfast was cold . The absolute worst Hotel that I have ever stayed in

我被安排在一个老旧的房间里,为了掩盖黑霉,油漆刷了20遍。房间里弥漫着霉味。我晚上7:30入住,到了午夜就得了鼻窦炎。早上6:30我要求换房。前台帮我安排到了另一栋新楼。虽然有所改善,但黑霉造成的损害已经非常严重,我得了严重的鼻窦炎,持续了4天,还伴有畏寒,现在又咳嗽不止,胸口疼痛。
预订时一定要要求入住那栋五层楼的新楼。工作人员非常友善,可惜我的入住体验很糟糕,因为他们给我安排的房间本应该彻底翻新,而不是用新油漆掩盖霉菌。
我入住期间酒店正在维修,水和电多次中断。我不断打电话给前台,得到的回复总是“抱歉,请稍等片刻再打过来”。简直荒谬!酒店既没有提出任何补偿,也没有对冰箱里变质的食物或由此造成的不便进行任何赔偿。我很乐意提前退房。我之前来过这家酒店三次,从未遇到过如此糟糕的情况。以后绝不会再来了。
