酒店位置很好,房间视野也很棒。不过房间设施还有待改进,比较老旧,而且有点脏。虽然对一些人来说,这可能反而增添了一丝复古的魅力。
房间的景色确实很赞,自助餐也还不错,小吃吧也说得过去。餐厅的员工很友好,但我觉得前台的员工有时动作比较慢,态度也不是很好。让人失望的是,我需要换零钱付给出租车司机时,他们却没零钱,导致我不得不多付给出租车司机机场到酒店的车费。
除此之外,这家酒店叫去机场的出租车,竟然比普通出租车要贵20美元。
我不会说这是一次糟糕的住宿体验,但遗憾的是,我的期望值远远没有达到。
不过,考虑到价格,性价比还算可以吧。
酒店氛围很棒,服务也很好,堪称一流。早餐、午餐和晚餐都很美味,食材也很新鲜。总的来说,酒店环境很放松。期待很快能再次入住。
工作人员很友好,服务也很棒,还有绝佳的海景,附近有很多活动。有很多拍照的机会。包含在内的餐饮还行,但希望能有更多正宗的牙买加菜肴选择。
从入住开始,服务就非常糟糕。我等了几个小时才能办理入住,房间里有股潮湿的味道,而且淋浴时卫生间会积水,因为下水道一直堵塞。
客户服务很糟糕,员工不友好,还没有电梯。房间又脏又乱,泳池关门很早,食物简直是灾难。
从接待区到用餐区,服务都非常出色。我们住得很愉快。食物种类有点少,但后来我们去了隔壁的姐妹酒店用餐,那里的选择更多,所以整体还不错。房间和酒店各处都很干净。
我非常失望。房间和我在网上预订的照片完全不一样。他们说那是因为Trip.com用了不同的图片,但当我查看他们自己的网站时,图片是相同的。感觉一点也不吸引人。我住在那里的整个时间,马桶都在漏水。我花了2天才拿到毛巾,而且他们送来毛巾的时候,我住了3天,却只得到了一次客房服务,连一块干净的抹布都没有。有些员工的态度非常不友好,好像我的住宿费没有提前付一样。除非他们更换管理层并有所改进,否则我绝不会再住这里。祝好运!
我大部分时间都喜欢在外面看海。人们辛苦挣来的钱却要经历这些,真是令人难过。
我们先被安排到一间没有空调的房间,不得不爬楼梯。我们被安排到的第二个房间床单脏兮兮的,满是污渍,服务员甚至都没做完工作。枕头放在床中间,没有枕套。也没有更换纸巾。打电话到楼下,没人接。我下楼联系前台,却没有任何解决办法。联系了管理层,他们说没有服务员,等我回到度假村的时候,他会把东西放在前面。回到度假村,前台一个人也没有,我床上的物品也找不到。
从门口的保安,到整个园区的办理入住、餐厅和维护人员,工作人员都非常友好热情。他们随时准备提供帮助,而且似乎真心实意地关心我们,确保我们玩得开心,享受到所有设施。
房间视野极佳,空间宽敞。浴室虽然看起来很干净,但由于海水盐分侵蚀导致管道老化,感觉很脏。工作人员很友好,总是乐于助人。
