Not my favorite place to stay! You can tell the property is aging and there was a lack of attention to detail. Staff communication was poor on numerous occasions. There were never enough towels replenished and when we asked for beach towels, they said they’d get us some fresh ones and bring them out to the pool. Time passed and no one brought them out so we had to go in and get some. Not the end of the world but I was watching my kids and didn’t want to go back into the cold AC a second time to get a towel.

The room was well maintained but some of the amenities were not up to par. The shower was difficult to use and eventually broke and even though I was told of the problem with the TV I still was disappointed that I could not watch CNN. But overall the experience was Good.

Hotel needs some upgrades with things such as an ironboard cover, sofa and towels. Ironboard cover didn't fit and was dirty, sofa dirty and towels frilling out. Breakfast was very good and staff was nice and customer service was good. Room was clean and decent overall.

Upon arrival,Richard and Abigail went above and beyond to ensure I enjoyed my stay. The room was spotless, the food excellent, the staff were amazing. A perfect location to all that's hip and happening in Kingston.
