酒店回复: Sorry your stay did not meet expectations but I feel the need to respond to some of the stuff raised.Firstly we do care about our customers and the great majority of our feedback would indicate that. Secondly we do have an issue with anything being left in the kitchen going missing but we do have everything people ,may want at the reception which they can borrow and there is no charge for that. Thirdly when you said about the hot water I said I would come and check it but you said no because you thought it was working again. I explained that the water is heated by gas and does not ever run out and you then seemed happy. I am unsure what the problem could have been as the gas heats all the water for all the units and you were the only people who said there was no hot water. I did not apologise because I did not know what I was going to apologise for. We certainly dont have a take it or leave it attitude and work hard to keep our customers happy.

So nice to be in a setting out of town but close enough to go in & get supplies or go out for dinner. Was in one of the motel units which was perfect for what I needed. Only bad thing was the walls are fairly thin & you can hear the voices etc in the next door room. The room was clean & tidy with a heater & electric blankets on the bed. Really nice being close to Anderson Park for a walk around. On arrival was welcomed by nice friendly reception staff (young german girl) who was just nice & pleasant to talk with.

Well run and comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms look newly renovated. Grounds are large!
