We would like to clarify that your check-in was on a Saturday, and we don't provide housekeeping on the day of arrival. Additionally, we do not offer housekeeping services on Sundays and Public Holidays, which we communicated upon check-in. However, we always encourage our guests to reach out to Reception if they need anything. We'd also like to confirm that we provided you with additional towels and supply restock on Monday.Regarding the washer/dryer, we can confirm that the appliance is fully functional. If you encounter any issues, we are more than happy to demonstrate its operation or assist in drying items in our office for your convenience. In relation to the odour, we understand how it may have affected your experience. As the building is shared with private residents, we, unfortunately, have no control over smells originating from other units, but we did make efforts by placing fresheners and odour eliminators to help mitigate the issue. 我看到很多人抱怨房间有异味，但他们没考虑到这些房间有厨房。对我来说这不算什么。接待我的接待员服务非常出色。我非常感激。
非常差。停车位不足，酒店内没有游泳池（照片误导），住了 3 天，没有打扫或维护，厨房设施简陋。给我们留下了湿毛巾，周围没有人可以更换。洗衣机烘干机不工作，浴室风扇不工作。整个入住期间，整个楼层都弥漫着浓浓的咖喱味。窗户打不开，只能看到一堵非常近的公寓墙和嘈杂的高速公路。不会再来了。

这是一处老旧的酒店，员工很友好，但房间本身并不像我们对 Quest 品牌的期望那样。位置不错，但酒店确实需要翻新。我们的推拉门无法正常关闭或锁上。厨房用具和锅具不干净，总体上不符合标准。所以我们总体上有点失望，但前台工作人员很专业，乐于助人。
与所提供的质量相比，该物业价格昂贵。没有空调，停车情况很糟糕，尤其是考虑到停车费不包括在住宿费中。周围有很多不错的酒店，我们可以以同样的价格获得更好的体验
