I usually trust Radisson, but this time I was disappointed. The room and breakfast were average, and the service was abysmal. Instead of trying to help guests resolve their issues, the staff constantly created problems and tried to overcharge. The manager, Claudia, and the two front desk, Jhoel and Karim, were all this type of people.
The neighborhood wasn't good either. It's supposedly an affluent area, but there were urine stains and a strange smell on the street. There were also some strange people on the small wooden bridge across the street, which felt unsafe.
There are many hotels available in the Miraflores area, I definitely won't stay at this one again.

我平时很信任Radisson但是这次失望了。房间和早餐都很一般，服务非常差，服务人员不是想办法协助客人解决问题，而是不停的制造麻烦，想办法多收钱，名字叫Claudia的主管, 以及两位前台Jhoel, Karim，都是这样的员工。
周围环境也不好，说是富人区，但路边有很多尿渍和怪味，对面的小木桥上面经常有一些奇奇怪怪的人，感觉不太安全。
在miraflores区有很多酒店可选择，我以后绝对不会再住这一家。

位置很好，房间非常干净，住得很舒服。免费使用桑拿房，房间里有浴缸，这两点我很喜欢。下次再来利马还会选择这家酒店。
服务非常好。早餐不错，是秘鲁风味。露台酒吧很好。酒店所在区域很安全，步行范围内有很多事情可做。
早餐很棒，酒店干净安全，地理位置优越，去哪里都很方便，强烈推荐！

和国内三星普通酒店差不多，早餐简单，不是囯内意义上的那种雷迪森。
酒店位于米拉弗洛雷斯区，这里是极佳的餐饮娱乐和漫步区域。工作人员非常友善周到，早餐也很不错。
太棒了！早餐超赞，服务态度也特别周到。
百分百会再来住！
