酒店员工很棒,干净舒适。免费早餐很棒,但咖啡味道很淡。唯一遗憾的是,我们特意预订了这家酒店,因为它有酒吧和烧烤店。我们原本期待着活动结束后回到酒店享用晚餐和饮品。没有人告诉我们,网上也没有任何信息表明烧烤店由于没有厨师而关闭了。我们非常失望,但还是决定去当地的一家小餐馆吃饭,然后打算之后回酒店喝点东西。回来后,我们发现调酒师没有出现/没有打电话,而且没有其他工作人员来打理酒吧,所以酒吧关门了。我们特意预订这家酒店是因为酒店里有美食和酒吧,结果发现两者都没有在我们入住期间提供服务,这真是太令人失望了!工作人员非常抱歉,他们自己也很失望,但他们无能为力。
这家酒店非常棒,远远超出了我们的预期。大堂装饰精美,热情好客。前台工作人员乐于助人,态度亲切。我们的房间布置精美,非常干净(这对我来说非常重要!)。床很舒服。酒店有酒吧,但我们入住的那天晚上没有营业。不过这还好,因为附近有很多餐厅和酒吧可供选择。酒店提供免费自助早餐,味道不错。唯一的缺点是通往酒店的道路需要重新铺设。停车位充足,酒店外观漂亮,看起来很新。我们强烈推荐这家酒店,并会再次入住。

所有员工都很棒!非常乐于助人,彬彬有礼!如果他们能像迎接我们一样热情地对待所有客人,就应该得到一些额外的奖励。房间很舒适,但我实在不明白为什么住宿设施不在房间的垃圾桶里放小垃圾袋!我知道所有酒店都在努力做到100%环保,但有些公司确实提供可生物降解的纸袋。如果能提供冰桶的卫生纸就更好了。幸运的是,我旅行时会带一个。这不仅仅是这里的问题,最近每次入住后我都会根据这些问题进行评分和评论。房间舒适度10/10,早餐总体7/10,员工15/10。我只住了18个小时左右,所以无法提供完整的设施评分。不过,如果下次再来这个地区,我们可能会再次入住这里。😃
不太满意的露营者
入住时,地板仍然湿漉漉的,水槽上有水,还有头发,就像是用来拖地的。房间里的咖啡机不错,但没有杯子,浴室里没有玻璃杯,也没有毛巾。床头柜很脏,上面还有前一位客人留下的水渍。
我们到的时候床单很脏,浴室里只剩下一张纸巾。餐厅和酒吧都关门了,所以根本没有客房服务。健身房脏得令人作呕,酒店里连个饮水机都没有,我们被告知要么喝自来水,味道糟透了,要么花3美元买瓶装水。早餐也很糟糕,恶心的塑料鸡蛋,除了苹果之外,什么都不新鲜。这个地方我们一点都不喜欢。真心失望
通道状况非常糟糕。看起来像是私人道路,已经被人遗忘了。真的需要拆除。酒店就在高速公路边上。没有前院,没有景观绿化,只有杂草和一条高速公路。
酒店内部看起来相当新,只要不需要电梯就还行。卧室是水泥地上的乙烯基地板。两天的早餐质量都很差。炒鸡蛋很干,而且选择很少。没有橙汁,第二天什么果汁都没有。床还可以。就价格而言,整体质量很差。
前台的Shante在我们办理入住时非常友好,乐于助人。床很舒服。入口位置有点难找,虽然路有点颠簸,但房间价格实惠,物超所值。早餐很贴心,自助式的。酒店性价比很高。
我的淋浴没有热水。走廊很脏。房间和走廊都有异味。因为到的晚,我只住了第一晚。我取消了第二晚的预订,想在附近找其他酒店。
由于紧急情况,我不得不提前入住,前台小姐(肯尼亚)非常友善,帮我提前入住。房间很干净,床也很舒服。我会再次预订。
