Great place to spend the night while traveling. Very clean room and comfortable bed. We did not utilize the continental breakfast but waffle house was across the parking lot so very convenient.

卫生间的厕纸不是新的，人家用过的
早餐很简单，8.3去的时候，基本没有东西了
只有咖啡，几片面包
整个酒店好像就一个前台，没有见到其他人，
退房的时候也找不到人，住过最差的汽车旅馆
Z这个酒店没有电梯，也没有户内楼梯，是在楼体外面的楼梯，我有两个很大的行李提不上去，我问服务员可以给予一定的帮助把行李抬上去吗？他说“不能”。
我问可以取消吗？他说可以。
我问你是帮我免费取消的吗?他说我是免费取消了，但是你的退款必须跟平台联系。
我是携程的金牌会员，紧接着联系了平台客服，客服当场打电话确认是否能给我退款，酒店的前台说我们需要邮件处理确认，让我离开就可以。
后面平台多次找我说酒店不给退款，我就住在附近酒店我又去找了这个酒店前台，我跟他讲“如果你明确表示不能取消，或者取消了退款，无论如何我会一点点把行李弄上去住的，是你说了帮我取消了，你欺骗消费者”
我想我知道“我帮你取消了”的意思是钱我扣了人你走吧？

糟糕的住宿地点
我一走进房间就发现椅子上到处都是污渍，桌子上满是灰尘，床单上也有污渍，浴室里有股怪味，所以我要求换到另一个房间，但另一个房间也一样，我没有拿回我的钱，这真是太糟糕了，但我不会住在那个房间里，请不要浪费你的时间
