酒店回复: Allow me to apologize on behalf of our hotel for failing to meet your expectations regarding how other PAYING guests acted in the lobby of the hotel on your recent visit. It is unfortunate that u assumed they were homeless when they paid to stay at the hotel just like you did. Mental health is an issue in this country and not all people have access to the care they need. I, the manager was not working that night but my second shift staff acted accordingly and the guest left the property. I am sorry you did not think this was not adequate enough. If you had stopped by the desk in the morning to discuss the issues you had with me I'm sure I would have been able to compensate you somehow for your discomfort. These types of situations do happen from time to time in the hospitality business. We DO NOT tolerate homeless vagrants at our property and when they do come they are promptly escorted from the property. YOu have a wonderful day and a Happy New Year!

The elderly person I was traveling with needed an extra blanket. Nate, the young man at the reception desk when we arrived, had the blanket waiting for us when we returned from dinner. He and Christina were at the ready to make our stay the best it could be. Our thanks to both of them.

Everything was pretty good. The shower door was not water tight so the door got wet every time. The staff was nice enough and competant, but were not professionally dressed.

Hotel surprised me. Was on the more cost efficient side, so I didn’t have my expectations high. I was surprised. The rooms were clean, on the smaller side but for cost well worth it. AC worked great, shower pressure was through the roof! Staff was friendly.
