Elevator was broken. I don’t think the pool was working. Dirty stain across the bathroom door. Random black string across a bright white pillow. The protective plastic cover on bed guard is peeling. It could all just be peeled off to look uniform. I looked under the mattress pad and there was blood on the box spring.

Awful experience

This was hands down the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Room was extremely dirty, pills on the room, bugs walking around, stained furniture, dirty bed sheets, management does not care

Construction crews partied all night until 2 or 3 am Friday and Saturday - in multiple rooms and hallway on 3rd floor and in the parking lot. Can’t believe you put guests on same floor! Most of the time in the mornings and evenings, couldn’t find staff at front desk. Breakfast food was only on, not really good.

Horrible stay

I was so upset i booked four rooms and the rooms that i booked wasn't even the type of rooms i paid for one was missing a tv and they wouldn't even give me another tv plus the pool was closed

Building materials all over the parking lot. Shower made a loud noise when tur turned on. To do it with.Stop buy early to check in early college and the front desk was person was quite rude. Came back with no problem after 3:30. Person that checked us in was extremely nice and thorough. That person picture was a model employee.
