The room was very clean, staff was very friendly. I really love the fact that the hotel is strategically located, it is surrounded by lots of restaurants and eatery.

I have been here for several weeks. The staff are fine and the hotel is well maintained but brantford is not a safe city to be
My phone isnt working and has been hacked here. Also my t.v is no longer working clearly what is being used to hack the phone.the last couole days
Brantford is a very corrupt city sadly.

Great location, very clean, great Staff. Nice restaurant in front of Hotel. 28 minutes from where i saw Paul Mccartney in concert in Hamilton. 😁

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The curtains should be replaced and the bathtub fixtures should be also. The drain slowly starts to backup in the tub, and the water pressure is not the best but the water does get nice and hot.

Very convenient location for a swim meet at Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre. Room was a great price, comfortable and clean with easy parking and easy access to stores and restaurants. We stayed on the second floor. It was quiet, though there was some traffic noise at night. We would stay here again :)

请原谅床铺有些凌乱，因为我已经睡过了。他们铺床铺得很用心，我们预订的房间里还有微波炉和运作良好的小冰箱。
来这里预订吧……这里离各种美食和购物场所都非常近。城里有很多不同的活动可以参加。冬天可以去格雷茨基中心看看，夏天则可以去厄尔·黑格公园（Earl Haig Park，那里有水滑梯、迷你高尔夫、漂流河、游乐场和戏水区）或者布兰特公园（Brant Park）。据说那里的泳池巨大，是全省最大的泳池之一！炎热的夏日非常值得一去！

对于一家 2 星级酒店来说，损坏押金太高了，地毯闻起来很难闻，浴缸几乎排不出去。你最好把押金退还给我们，其他酒店不会收那么高的押金。你们到底怎么了，竟然还利用盲人。而且你还要求盲人出示驾照，这太无礼了。你的酒店太差劲了。让你的酒店好一点。所以我给你的这个评论很差劲。采取行动，把我们的押金退还给我们，否则我们会采取法律行动。谢谢你
