Room was not clean. Hair all over bathroom. Repairs needed in room. Something was spilled in fridge and not cleaned up. No air in hallways.

The shower and bathroom sink were dirty. When it was mentioned to front staff, comment was that this seems to happen every weekend.
The hood of my car was damaged and they have cameras outside but they don't work.

Reasonable option close to the airport. Room is spacious and clean. Bed is soft. Pillows for some reason are short in length and the TV channels didn’t work.

The room was fine, plenty of room and nice and cool on a hot August day and night. Nothing really close by to eat so we drive up to route 40 and found a place to eat. The one thing that really needs to be addressed is the lighting. There is not enough lighting in the bed area and the lights between the queen beds is ok for that area, but no lights by the TV area.

The rooms need more lighting in the bed area. Always dark there and hard to see whats in suitcase when unpacking and packing. . Do like the 2nd tv area and couch, so that you dont disturb your other half if they are sleeping.

The website shows different than what is real. We got a king suite, in the pictures showed a little office in the room. Not so much it was a desk pushed up to a wall. Liked the bathroom was large and clean. Living room was a great size lots of space. But if you want people to sit bring chairs with. Pool waste of time too small, fitness only half of it works.
