Upon entry of the lobby the first four stairs have no carpet nor a remodeling sign. That made us wonder about rooms
Floors and dressers are newer in the room
Bathroom needs a lot of TLC!

酒店回复: When I heard you were so unhappy, I called to ask you to leave. You said NO. Regarding the steps,... I thought the sign on the front of the building announcing a new face lift would have done the trick, guess not. The water in this town eats away copper pipes and porcelain. The faucet is aluminum and can't be repaired. I will however look and see what you are talking about.In conclusion, I hold on to all the hundreds of people that stayed here during the air show, were able to share all the amazing things we are doing here.God Bless

Staff were kind and helpful. Pool was great! Rooms were very worn but good for a cheap hotel stay. I did get bit up by something and I’m assuming ants. Didn’t find anything worrisome. The only downfall was the non working dryer. The staff did return our funds. Good stay.

It was a rush stay not planned, cheapest in the zone didnt take advantage of us, not so good brekfast only had waffles, nasty coffee and some fruits but great service

Great location. Close to downtown area and convenient for sightseeing or shopping. Motel had limited ammenities. No soap in the room. Poor water pressure. Ice machine broken. Rooms were clean but in desparate need of upgrade and modernization.

酒店回复: Paul, the shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are in the "Required" dispensers from Choice.The Ice machine wasn't broken, you just had guests that didn't are about the ones behind them next in line. I use to have a sign asking people to be courteous and not fill their coolers. When it was ignored for years, it was removed. And again the upgrade of rooms. I guess you didn't notice the difference between the pictures on line and the room you walked into. There was nothing the same. God Bless

First of, a big thank you to the young lady working the front desk the evening we checked in. She was doing her best to help us out and better our stay.
We got checked into a smoking room, which was pretty gross. No problem, we got switched.
In the new room, we had to change the sheets, as the sheets in the room were stained! Straight up disgusting.
The bath tub was dirty. Just soap and dirt stains all around.
The wash machine is not being cleaned out, as softner and other stains were just filling up the wash machine.
The room were run down and so was the exterior of the place. The pictures were nowhere close to it.
The TV in the room was not activated. We had to log on with our personal account to Roku to even watch the news.
Overall, it was really poor annd run down. I would not recommend staying there. Better options for a few bucks more, closer to downtown!

The hotel is older and they did repairs. Just coffee and no breatfast. Outdoor pool good. A problem with water temperature. Lady at front desk was nice.
