I didn't use the airport shuttle. I used the parking lot and the door from the back parking lot had a debris that made me uncomfortable on the outside as well as in the hallway on the inside.

Curtains were shredded, ice bucket had mold, vending machine was not even stocked well, no creamer for coffee in the room, couldn’t get a WiFi signal, and it was dirty. My 13 year old didn’t feel safe because the door close to our room didn’t shut correctly and we were able to get in without the key card. We left after about 1.5 hours and went to another hotel. We will never be back again and I will be asking for a refund.

My room was clean and comfortable. the outside area could be maintained better. One of the receptacles outside needed to be emptied, and the proprietor needed to take a bath.

This was not a good hotel. Everything in disrepair, dead bugs in the bed, mold in the mini fridge.

Incredibly overpriced for the service & shape of the property. Pool was closed, but there was no mention of that ahead of time. Nobody was ever at the front desk to assist with anything, it would take multiple calls to get someone or you’d just have to go looking since the phone wasn’t answered. It says free parking on the website, but that is ONLY for the night of your stay, nowhere did it say that you’d be charged parking while gone for your trip. The shuttle is NOT 24/7. Our flight was delayed & I requested a shuttle at noon, but was told they wouldn’t take us after 11am (checkout time) so we had to park at the airport instead. Before leaving I requested a refund for the parking charges that were charged at check in since we wouldn’t be leaving our car anymore & was told I’d be refunded & they wouldn’t give me a receipt after asking multiple times. I was still charged for parking even though we didn’t park there!!! The waffle batter dispenser was broken & even after spraying the waffle maker they stuck & had to be scraped out in pieces & to top that off the waffle maker fell down while doing so & burned hand. The whole experience was unpleasant & I will NEVER stay here again, the close proximity to the airport isn’t worth it!!! STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!
