Shower handle detached
Shower handle was detached but still usable. Made it more difficult for my son to use. Staff was quite busy, which is good. Still recommend!

Staff was friendly, breakfast area seemed clean. Breakfast options left much to be desired.
Rooms and hallways all smelled like smoke and mold.
Room was dirty and the flooring was broken and coming up.
Did not get a chance to check out the pool.
I feel bad leaving a bad review because the staff was so nice but this place is dump.

The accommodation met basic standards, but updating is essential. The room had an unpleasant mildew smell. The night lady at the front desk delivered superb service. Guests should note that the second floor is not accessible by elevator. Despite some drawbacks, I would stay here again for a short trip.
