Horrible night, had to check in because of an emergency water shut off in our area. Made reservations on line for 2 rooms. Once there we checked in, both rooms were unacceptable. Dirty bathroom in both, non working heater in one room. Also phone not working to call front desk. Was thenovef to another two rooms. Once in the room getting ready for bed, the power goes out. Thcompletely in the bedroom. Only light was

酒店回复: Dear Dawn-We are truly sadden that despite our convo at the front desk you were still not satisfied with your stay. When we checked your room, all power was working. You simply did not switch on the light switch near the room door that controls the room lighting.

Avoid this place is disgusting. Carpet smells of animal piss/mildew everything is broken, cigarette smell gross beds with stains

Awful, bed sheets were dirty and stained and were torn, carpet was smelly and veey old, furniture falling apart, ot was awful

Quick weekend trip.
Overall not horrible for the price. The gentleman at the front desk was really nice and helpful. They do need to fix the cart for luggage as it really wasn't working well and I had a huge workout just trying to get the luggage up to the room. The breakfast that was available was really rough. Definitely need to upgrade it or just don't offerbit.

Was the worst experience they have, the hotel it’s filthy , nothing clean, so bad and poor hotel, Even though I paid for the room, I left after an hour and couldn't stay.
