The rooms were clean and ok. The breakfast was not continental breakfast as advertised. Staff could've been a little more friendly.

One and done
Extremely hot in building, rooms were even warmer. This made for a very uncomfortable arrival. Went to use the AC and the filters were filthy with what looked like a year or 2 worth of dust. Only 1 lamp worked in the room. Blackout curtains do not serve their purpose. Pillows squished flat, bed was not comfy and very spring like. Blankets were very thin.
Only 2 plugs in room. Very hard to find place to plug phone chargers in.
Carpets stained and dingy. Toilet is extremely small and low to ground. Almost like a child's potty training toilet. Small TV. Staff was not too pleasant.
Late check out available for extra charge.
Great location!
Good amount of parking spaces.
They contact you through text message to ask about rating your stay and what time you will be checking out. (Not sure if that is a good thing or intrusive)

Room is very clean, minimal towels for 2 ppl, room lacks charging usb outlets, not alot of accessible outlets in general

Hotel was good but no free breakfast
The hotel and room was as expected - clean and comfortable- and the staff was super helpful. However, it was advertised to have a free breakfast. Part of the value of a hotel is the free breakfast for our family. They offered only coffee and juice -not breakfast. This was very disappointing and frustrating.

I was disappointed.. advertised a breakfast but they only had juice and coffee.. what would be wrong with fruit or muffin… or don’t advertise a breakfast.

Our original room had a toilet leak, we were moved to a new room, immediately. The stay was nice.
房间很干净，床和家具都升级了。吹风机不能用。浴室的灯光很暗。我怀疑女士们化妆时会不会很开心。肥皂是我见过的最小的。不比拇指大多少，而且很薄。这是扔掉的尺寸。从当今电子时代的商业角度来看，房间没有电源插座、没有 USB 端口等。我想考虑到这是一个低成本的住宿选择，这在某种程度上是可以接受的。
