The room was clean and well air conditioned, but there was broken or damaged things all around the room. See the pictures below. Also, there was a deposit, which is normal, but they didn’t process the refund and I had to file a dispute with my card.

Phones, iPad, and hearing aids would not charge any night. Breakfast was a joke and not even that was out on Saturday morning. Frig in our room smelled so bad, we couldn’t put anything in it. There were holes in the spread at the bottom of the bed that looked like cigarette burns. Will not stay there again.

Wifi speed was extremely slow.
Things (batchroom, lights) were not in good condition.
AC was good.
Room service was not good.
Front desk service was good.

The bed was clean but the nightstand was dirty behind it. It was sticky. It was supposedly a handicap room but I couldn’t get shower because of the tub. I can’t climb over the tub to get in. The clerk at the front desk was nice enough hard to understand. But I did slept well. I won’t stay there again

I had a good stay and since the stairs were difficult for me they transferred me to a downstairs room for my 2nd night.
