Not sure why they allowed us to book a room that wasn't even availible when we got there. Room was fine, floors were pretty dirty inside. Had to check out this morning for work, NOBODY at the front desk or anywhere in sight. Looking on ******* we see that contactless check out is 'available' but nowhere on the property is that mentioned or listed. Called the front desk to confirm the check out, and the woman sounded like she was literally asleep. I'm not sure if people off site are answering the number provided, but that was probably the most difficult conversation I've attempted to have with someone who didn't seem to have any idea what I was talking about. I have not received the emailed reciept I was told I would receive by her, by the way.

经理Koko非常热情友好。房间卫生状况很差。床单也不干净，每天早上都有小**来找我。家具表面也没有擦拭干净。我不得不自己买消毒湿巾擦拭。
空气很好，而且很受关注
房间需要粉刷。浴室有未上漆的补丁。没有食物。大厅里的沙发破旧不堪
床单和床垫上都有污渍……马桶也坏了！床底下还有别人的靴子……
