The property was nice - a little outdated but nice. The nighttime Front Desk Attendant on our check- in was awesome. Very nice and helpful. The breakfast was not great. T he r v pancakes ****** and while the egg omelet deal was good, fresh scrambled eggs would have been nice.

Staff was great and the room is fine. My check in experience was difficult due to ******* and their directions sending us to the wrong hotel. The lady there said it happens frequently.. I’m just wondering why ******* doesn’t correct this issue.

员工非常友善，早餐很好，房间干净又大。
房间刚开始看起来很干净，但当我掀开被褥时，发现床上有面包屑和头发。我向经理反映了这个问题，他却说房间上午11点打扫过。我大约下午6点入住，但无论时间如何，床铺都没有打扫干净。
当我们发现这个问题时，行李已经全部拆箱了。虽然酒店提出给我们换房，但经过九个小时的车程，我们实在没有时间重新打包、搬家、再拆箱。我们要求更换床单，但酒店只提供了床罩，并让我们自己更换。
Sleep Inn Boone 和 ******* 都没有提供任何形式的补偿。鉴于这次糟糕的经历，我不会再入住这家酒店，也不会再使用 ******* 的服务。
早餐种类丰富，食材新鲜。停车位很紧张。房间需要翻新，尤其是浴室。
我们在前台等了很久才拿到房间。

我们到的时候房间没有毛巾。客房服务人员上来补了毛巾。房间里有一块地方，闻起来像是被狗弄过一样。洗澡时，浴缸里会发出噼啪声。最后一天晚上，我终于提早离开了。实在受不了再忍受那种味道了。房间里还有人（孩子）跑来跑去的噪音。希望其他人没有遇到这种情况。
