The parking lot was not too dark, it felt safe. Room was clean but bathroom could be cleaner. It needed updating. It felt family friendly. The WiFi was awesome. The manager Gary was very welcoming and friendly.

New carpet, new paint, and a comfortable bed. Old style air conditioners were a bit loud, but adequate. Large recliner in our room that was filthy and stained. Big disconnect from the rest of the updates.

The bed was like sleeping on box springs not a mattress. Ended up sleeping in recliner.

There was an "incident" with one of the crew members from my sub-contractor. I was billed for a broken window, WITHOUT being consulted.....$2500.00 AND was charged twice for another room

We stayed here in 2018 and it was in need of repairs then. Sadly the filth was even more apparent. The moldy ring around the inside toilet bowl and sink and tub was horrible. The floors were very dirty and the bed spreads were stained and soiled badly. The pool was just as bad but the hot tub was a scum science experiment. The pool shower had a garden hose attached and other supplies stored in it. The ice machines were out of order. The breakfast area was filthy and the food was stale. The parking was trash covered. The lawn was also trash spewed. The “sold out” sign was tacky. We’ve stayed here a few prior times in prior years for family reunions. Never EVER again. This year we had 3 rooms for two days and would’ve moved out immediately if other accommodations could’ve been found. My 85 year old parents were with us this year, probably their last trip with us. They deserve a clean and safe environment. This was not. Super Eight reputation is suffering because of this facility’s conditions and lack of quality management.
