We stayed one night while traveling through Des Moines. The staff was friendly and very responsive to our questions. The room and bed were very comfortable. The pool looks great, although we didn’t use it. We did use the small fitness center. It has one treadmill, a stationary bike, and some free weights. Great value for price. We will stay here again on our return trip.

Overall, the room and amenities were great. My only complaint is the scattered pile of fingernail clippings on the floor between the two beds. Pretty gross. It obviously was not vacuumed.

Well unfortunately i didn't even get a chance to use the bed. I got called into work at 11:30 pm. And gave the room back at midnight. Had i.stayed. im certain evening would have gone well.

This hotel is right next to the interstate, so was very noisy. The breakfast options were very limited and coffee looked more like water than coffee - I ended up just taking an apple and going to a restaurant.
But there was plenty of parking and the heater worked fine. It could’ve been worse, but I wouldn’t choose to stay there again.

This was an AWFUL stay. We booked online, that part was easy. We get to the hotel, and our room is absolutely disgusting. Reeked of cigarettes, even though we got a non smoking room. I found an unused cigarette on the ground, and so much other debris on the floor. Stains everywhere- towels, beds, sheets, etc. The pillows were like throw pillow size. We went to the front to get a different room or a refund due to the condition the room we got was in. They put us in another room- and it was JUST AS FILTHY. Absolutely disgusting. Sticky carpet, mess everywhere. Felt like we were going to catch something sleeping in that room. 0 STARS.

Went here with my daughter. It had a liquor store actually attached to the building, strange for sure. The hotel is also located very close to the highway and we could hear traffic all night. It was noisy from the hotel as well, every time some shut their door around us, the head board would shake. Biggest disappointment was the pool had no heat in it at all, it was physically impossible to even get in and the front desk did not say anything about it. My daughter was very sad about this. The hotel was clean and breakfast was good but would not stay again.
